Account Rules
You are responsible for your account credentials and the accuracy of your profile. You may not create duplicate accounts, use false information, use VPNs or proxies to misrepresent location, automate activity, or interfere with service integrity.
Surveys, Points, and Rewards
Survey availability, completion decisions, points, and reward options may vary. Points and redemptions can be reviewed, delayed, reversed, or denied if activity appears invalid, duplicate, abusive, incomplete, or contrary to partner requirements.
Referrals
Referral rewards are available only for valid referred users and legitimate activity. Zyra Surveys may reject referral credit connected to self-referrals, duplicate accounts, misleading promotion, or suspicious behavior.
Suspension and Changes
We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts to protect users, partners, rewards, or the service. Zyra Surveys may update features, reward availability, fraud controls, and these terms as the service evolves.
Limitation of Liability
Zyra Surveys is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, unavailable surveys, partner decisions, delayed rewards, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
